Medication Refills

Need to refill your prescription?
If you need a refill on your medication, please call your pharmacy and have them fax a request to our office. We will review the request and respond to the pharmacy as soon as possible.
- If you have a Workers' Compensation claim,
and have your medications filled at our office, please call and ask to speak with our nurse, or leave a message on her voice mail.
- Note: Refill requests are accepted Monday through Thursday, and may take up to 48 hours to process.
